• What advice do you have for an incoming 9th or 10th grader?
I would advise an incoming freshman or sophomore to just be yourself. When you get into high school, there’s always this pressure to fit in, but it’s important to stay true to who you are and not sacrifice your individuality to try to make friends or be part of some group. At the end of the day, if you’re kind to everybody, you’ll make friends no matter what.
• What does Roo Nation mean to you?
