Q: What is your favorite memory from Weatherford High School?
A: My favorite memory was probably getting to represent the High School with JR on homecoming. It was such a magical moment, and I was very grateful to get to stand there with all the other amazing representatives.
Q: What are you going to miss the most?
A: I’m definitely going to miss the people here the most. Since I’ve been in a lot of different organizations and met so many people it’s going to be difficult to leave it all behind.
Q: Do you think you are ready to leave the High School?
A: It isn’t easy, but I think I’m ready. My teachers and parents have prepared me well to be able to hopefully succeed on my own.
Q: How do you feel about moving to a new place?
A: I am a little nervous, but I love the Rice campus and the surrounding area so much that I’m also really excited.
Q: What are you looking forward to next year?
A: I’m looking forward to exploring things on my own and finding what passions I want to follow for the rest of my life.
Q: What are your expectations about Rice University?
A: I’m not really sure what to expect! Hopefully I’ll find people like me that I can bond with, and also find people different from me that I can learn from. I’m ready to work hard and experience new things!
